1-You must have practiced Modules 1,2,3 and 4 of this course and have a full understanding of the content before moving to Mod 5.
2-Please start by listening to the audio recording and meditate with it. Please allow your body, mind, spirit, to absorb the Energies and the frequencies of Light.
3- Please read all instructions in the bullet point and practice the meditation in this Module. Please print and read the bullet-point summary as frequently as you can. It provides the sequence of steps, and you can visualize them if you do not have the time for listening to the full Audio.
4- Ideally, you’d do the exercises and meditate with this Module for 3-4 weeks. After you are familiar with the materials you may either use the bullet point summary or listen to the audio- when possible. Meditating with the Audio builds up the absorption of the Energies and the Light contained therein. You will be able to sustain and solidify the creation and manifestation of your Personal and Global Reality faster and easier at an accelerated pace when you keep at it.
