Please meditate daily by listening to the Audio or read about the position of each throne and Imagine yourself with all the Beings using the Spreadsheet. the more you focus on these Thrones and all the Beings who are assembled, the more powerful the outcome! thank you for your service.
Please listen to the audio completely once, to absorb the energies. Then you may just read and visualize the thrones and the Beings from the spreadsheet daily. That should only take a few minutes a day. Feel free to meditate with the audio whenever you have the time- But when you don’t have time, it is better that you read/repeat the position of the Thrones than to worry about making time and then miss doing anything. Please do this exercise for approximately a month and then move on to the next Module- Mod 9- and do as instructed there please.
