Ideally you have already taken the Foundational Courses from our website. They are beginner courses that provide background and prepare you for this intermediate course. We highly recommend them if you are serious about building a solid foundation, but feel free to try this one and decide for yourself. It might help you decide to do more.
The first time around, please listen to all the audios if possible although you can listen to them a few mins at a time when you can. After the first time you only need to do the steps given in the 6min Meditation summary!
You can listen to the audios as a relaxation exercise and even fall asleep to it. It will work on you even when you sleep.
Please do the meditation summary as a meditation exercise daily if/when you can. You can keep intending/ repeating the steps from memory in your mind as many times a day as you like if you desire to move faster and gain more!
Ideally please do the meditation steps for 2-3 weeks before moving on to the next course.
Enjoy the meditations and thank you for your SERVICE!
