P-2 is about activating your Light Body Blueprint to experience and connect with your Multi-Dimensional Self. It allows your consciousness to leave the limitations of our reality. 1-This is the final course in the Foundational Series- It is therefore an advancement on the previous courses in this series and has the energy and power of all the courses that come before it. Ideally you must have completed all previous courses to create the solid foundation to jump even higher and reach a broader spectrum of knowledge. This course culminates in the Intermediate and advanced series of courses which you are now prepared to take.
2-Please be very Patient with yourself as you repeat the steps of this course. The techniques are offered in easy steps yet the energy and the substance contained in this course can be expansive, illuminating, and deep. Please take time to be with yourself and let the energies settle before going back to the hustle bustle of your daily life, if possible.
3-Please read the blog related to this course preferably before you start this course- it will clarify the topics in greater detail:
4-Please listen to each audio and read each transcript as directed below- transcripts are edited to contain summary and bullet points of all the steps in each part.
5- Please do the meditation by listening to the audio or following the steps of the bullet point summary of P-1 for a full week before moving to P-2. This is important for activation of your Star Tetrahedron and its Geometry. It will help you to create a solid foundation for P-2 and to go deeper.
6- Please perform the meditation or the summary and bullet point in Part-2 of the transcript for 21 days. The summary and bullet point in part -2 contains all the steps for both parts. 7-The time-frame for completing this course is four weeks (seven days for part-1 and 21 days forP-2 which combines both parts. After that time the energy of your Sacred Geometries and the activation of your Light body with the Star Tetrahedron Blueprint will be complete. To have a deeper experience of the expanded state- where you connect with your Multi-Dimensional Self- it is vital to continue to regularly perform the meditation exercises.
8- Before you start this course, please read the Blog post “Your Higher Self is your True Self.” It helps you understand the significance of re-connecting with your Higher Self. Also please read the blog post and related course: “Know Your Soul.
9- Start and end your day by seeing yourself seated on the Throne of the I Am That I Am, merged with your Higher Self. Make it a habit to Connect and consult with your Higher Self on all topics and situations. Remind yourself that you are receiving Grace and empowerment from Sanat Kumara and guidance from your Higher Self. Call on your Soul to become the intermediary between you and your Higher Self.
10-Stay aware that your Higher Self Communicates with you when you need guidance. Become sensitive to the ways this communication happens and ask for clarity. If you do not get the answers easily, keep asking for extra clarity and easy to decipher communication. Be mindful that the guidance can be delivered in people’s words, in music and songs, as numbers that repeat and mean a confirmation of a thought or an action you must take.
11- Remember to call on your Soul as the intermediary between you and your Higher Self. Your Soul knows the ways of your Higher Self. Going through the Soul can make things easier for you.
12-Be patient and gentle with yourself and your Higher Self. This process takes time. Ask Sanat Kumara for his Grace and intercession for you to establish an easy form of communication with your Higher Self. Please do the course With Sanat Kumara in Shambala if you have not done so.
