At Waves Of Bliss and Path to Enlightenment Mystery School, we offer Meditation Techniques which help you learn how to Meditate Properly and to receive the highest benefits from your meditations.
What is Meditation?
On this web site we will present to you the general terms, methods and techniques of Meditation. We will help you focus on exploring the meaning and the scope of Meditation and gain an understanding of its benefits.
Furthermore, we offer you our perspective in using Meditation as a tool to accelerate growth and promote health and wholeness.
Our perspective is based on our understanding of the teachings of the Masters in using Guided Meditations as an important and integral tool for Spiritual Growth and Material Success.
Most importantly, we offer Meditation Techniques and exercises as a means for gaining perfect health and wholeness in the body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit. Within this context, a definition of meditation would be as follows:
Meditation can be a bridge to connect you to the Supreme Consciousness and bring you a feeling of support and Soul Connection. This is a connection which has been severed over eons of time, leading each persona to feel that they are often misfits in society and all alone – left to fend for themselves. There is a sense of Oneness that is gained from Meditation.
There is a story told of Maria Calas, the Famous Greek Opera Singer of the Twentieth Century. She was asked what made her sing the way she did. She said, when I sing I see and I feel the Oneness which exists between all souls. I sing in the hope that I can bring that sense of Oneness to all.
You may say, “but Singing Opera is not a meditation.” And our answer would be “Oh – But it is.” Every action can be a Meditation if it is executed in such a way that it delivers the right results. And that statement is a great example, specifically, of what makes our perspective on Meditation unique or different.
Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is meant to help you to reconnect to that Supreme Essence which you have forgotten existed within you and around you; that greater power who is always around watching, guiding and guarding you. When you feel that connection, then you let go of all fears.
Fears of loneliness, fears of abandonment, fears of rejection, fears of having to do it alone, fears of nobody watching your back. That connection with the Higher Power brings a feeling of peace and calm which is a welcome change from the norm.
Meditation enhances the feeling of self love and love for others. It encourages your sense of self trust and trust in others. It renews your sense of self confidence and the ability to confide in and trust the Higher Power and its ability to guide, guard and protect you.
Ultimately, Meditation can bring peace of mind, unconditional love , unconditional acceptance and reunite us all in Oneness. You can see the proof of this in the lives of living Saints and Avatars. Born Enlightened, these Spiritual Masters, known as Avatars, offer their entire lives in sacrifice.
They live their lives to serve and help us remember that we are not alone.
They live in a state of constant meditation and constant connection with the Higher Power, the Supreme Consciousness. In fact they are believed to be the embodiment of the love of the Supreme Consciousness, taken form.
Physical, Mental and Emotional Benefits of Meditation
Meditation can provide relaxation to the body and relieve stress and anxiety. Improvements in the Physical, Emotional and Mental State of the body are incentive enough to do meditation, even if the spiritual benefits are not taken into consideration.
Among the physical benefits of Meditation, sometimes challenged by the scientific community and at other times proven by the same is the belief that
- Mediation can lower stress and anxiety,
- Meditation can lower the cholesterol levels,
- Meditation can lower blood pressure,
- Mediation can reduce panic attacks,
- Mediation can alleviate depression.
Meditation can bring peace of mind and heal the emotional wounds, thereby improving our mental and emotional health and well being. It can also lift up the mood, help with self confidence, trust, surrender, love and acceptance of self and others.
Spiritual benefits of Meditation
You may not initially be interested in the spiritual aspect of meditation. Even if you are solely interested in the physical and tangible benefits such as stress release or lowering your blood pressure, once you feel, sense, see, experience the presence of a higher power permeating around you, and experience the love, you become a convert!
There is something to be said about sudden experiences of seeing, feeling , hearing, sensing, Angels, Guides, Masters, Goddesses, Lights, words, sounds, peace, bliss, and overall experiences of unworldly nature; experiences which are not easily explainable and considered extraordinary and paranormal!
Even though I hear it frequently, I love hearing people express that they were able to see with their inner vision, feel with their inner senses, or hear with their inner hearing. The joy and the level of elation gained from these experiences are phenomenal.
On many an occasion, I hear someone tell me, or read in an email, that a few seconds before I explained a scene , in a guided meditation, the person saw that scene, heard words through their inner hearing, felt the Light, received a gift, got the answer etc.
It is an amazing phenomenon when we all zoom into the same reality and experience the same visions, words, lights, sensations etc. It would be hard to deny, even though there is no tangible proof, when a few hundred people gather to attend a Group Channeling event and their meditational experiences and responses are the same or similar.
These experiences, of course, happen to the already converted souls who meditate regularly and practice the meditational exercises offered through PTE Mystery School and Waves of Bliss.
To reach the state where a person is capable of using the collective mind of the group meditation to their advantage, you must first learn, how to Meditate properly. (see Meditate Properly)
