It is at least two decades since I had my first Private Session with you. In this time, I must have collected a few dozen of them. I have all the recordings and the transcripts saved. I used to listen to them on my iPod played at random almost daily after my workday was over. It used to give me perspective and relief from the daily pressure and burdens of life, patients, family, chores etc. Now, I listen to them on my long walks.
